I had about 9832 hunting points i went to the dileteante and spent a couple hundred my points never went down i got the item but after all his items were greyed out im killing animals within 10 levels of me and not getting no points anyone had this issue fix ??

The items from Dilettante are rewards for getting certain numbers of points. Once you have gotten a reward from them, it is claimed. It is not a store.

Yes but it has multiple items all are greyed out even the ones i didnt buy and all the other dilettante in other cities are greyed out as well

Yes but it has multiple items all are greyed out even the ones i didnt buy and all the other dilettante in other cities are greyed out as well

When you reach a certain point threshold, and you speak to the Diletantte, he gives you all items you qualify for. For example, if you speak to him with 500 points, you get all the rewards from lower levels as well.

Ok i understand but i now have 21000 points i talk to him and its only showing upto 9k points and its still greyed out when can i buy from him again when i reach the next point threshold ??

You can't. After you've gotten more then 9000 points you've earned all the rewards he offers.
